Our Brew-Blocs are pretty special. They’re a combination of tried and tested brewing technology with the latest and most innovative production processes, arriving at your site 90% complete and fully pre-tested at source. We use a modular skid-based design to fully pre-install and test everything from electrics and pipework to pumps, automation and processes systems, keeping installation time to a minimum.

Back in Business
Our experienced UK installation teams have helped out loads of breweries with Brew-Blocs, and they can get you from delivery to installation to use in as little as 12 days. So there’s no need for contract brewing or relocation during the short downtime.
The right fit
It’s your Brew-Bloc, so we provide bespoke solutions designed to meet your specific requirements. Although they’re based on a standardised system, we can adapt to a linear, L shaped or triangular layout. Whatever suits your space, and your brewing. And with capacity ranging from 5hl cold wort production up to 300hl in a single batch, they can be scaled to suit your output.
You're in control
It’s your Brew-Bloc, so you’ll be in control of the systems and processes. We use the latest Siemens PLC and HMI, and because they’re the largest manufacturer of automation systems in the world there’s guaranteed support and standardisation too. We can offer both semi- and fully automated systems, or leave you to it with a manual setup. What’s more, we can integrate your Brew-Bloc with other services, like pre-installed and tested hot and cold liquor systems.
